- Upgrading
- Switch tiers any time from the workspace billing page — no separate signup required.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted.

- Collecting rent. LeaseLab records payments you have already received; money never moves through it.

- Bank feeds, automatic reconciliation, pre-authorized debit, or Interac.
- Late-fee automation.
- A tenant portal or tenant login.
- Listing syndication, applicant screening, or contractor dispatch.
- Commercial leases, or provinces other than Ontario.
